Ana Ivanovic (Serbian Cyrillic: Ана Ивановић, Ana Ivanović; ) (born November 6, 1987) is a former World No. 1 Serbian tennis player. As of January 14, 2013, she is ranked 13th on the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) rankings. She beat Dinara Safina to win the 2008 French Open and was the runner-up in singles at the 2007 French Open and the 2008 Australian Open, had qualified for the annual WTA Tour Championships twice (in 2007 and 2008) and has won the year-end WTA Tournament of Champions (which distinguishes from the higher-level WTA Tour Championships) twice, in 2010 and 2011. Competing as a professional since 2003, she has won 11 WTA Tour singles titles, including one Grand Slam singles title. When on form, Ivanovic is known for her aggressive style of play.
Jelena Janković (Serbian Cyrillic: Јелена Јанковић, born February 28, 1985) is a professional tennis player from Serbia. Janković is a former World No. 1 in singles, in the months following her finals appearance at the 2008 US Open. Janković's career highlights include winning the 2007 Wimbledon Mixed Doubles title with Jamie Murray, the 2010 BNP Paribas Open, the Internazionali BNL d'Italia twice, in 2007 and 2008 and the aforementioned appearance in the finals of the 2008 US Open. As of 28 January 2013 Janković is ranked No. 26.
Novak Djokovic (Serbian: Новак Ђоковић, Novak Đoković; born 22 May 1987) is a Serbian professional tennis player who is ranked world no. 1 by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). He is considered by many to be one of the greatest tennis players of all time. He holds several men's world records of the Open Era: becoming the youngest player in the Open Era to have reached the semifinals of all four Grand Slam events both separately and consecutively; the first and only man to win three consecutive Australian Open titles in the Open Era; and playing the longest Grand Slam men's singles final in history (5 hours 53 minutes). Djokovic's ATP tournament records include winning 31 consecutive ATP World Tour Masters 1000 series matches, playing in the finals at all nine ATP Masters 1000 tournaments (a record matched by Roger Federer), and being one of the three players (alongside Andre Agassi and Federer) to win seven.
Bojana Jovanovski (Serbian: Бојана Јовановски, pronounced: BO-yan-nah yo-vah-NOV-skee; born 31 December 1991) is a Serbian tennis player. As of 11 February 2013, Jovanovski is ranked World No. 39 and is the third highest ranked female Serbian player behind Ana Ivanović and Jelena Janković. She ended the 2010 season as the youngest player in the top 100.
Tamara Čurović (Serbian Cyrillic: Тамара Чуровић; born 31 October 1994) is a Serbian tennis player. She reached her first ITF final in Doboj in 2009. As of 9 April 2012, Čurović is ranked World No. 527. She has been a member of the Serbia Fed Cup team since 2011, but she is yet to play her first Fed Cup match.
